Aníbal Quiroga León is a practicing lawyer with more than 35 years of professional experience. In the public sphere, he served as Deputy Member of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima and President of the Superior Court of Administrative Responsibilities of the Comptroller General of the Republic, was a member of the Review Commission of the Constitutional Procedural Code of the Ministry of Justice (2010) -2011).
He is a Professor at Law School (Senior Professor) with more than 30 years of experience. He has been General Editor of the Derecho-PUCP Law Review of Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
