Attorney specializing in Constitutional Law, Public International Law, and International Relations, with a strong postgraduate academic background. He holds a Master's Degree in International and European Union Studies from the Universitat de València and a Master's Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Escuela Diplomática de España, as well as a specialization in International Relations from the Fundación Academia Diplomática del Perú (FADP).

He has experience in legal advisory services, preparation of legal opinions, and monitoring of civil and constitutional proceedings, as well as in providing technical and legal advice for the drafting of legislative initiatives. He has served as an attorney at the Procuraduría del Congreso de la República and as a Legal Technician in the office of Congressman Roberto Chiabra León.
