Professional Profile

Criminal law attorney, graduate of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with more than 20 years of experience in criminal litigation and strategic advisory services in corporate compliance. He holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Bonn (Germany) and has focused his practice on defending clients in complex criminal proceedings and implementing compliance programs to prevent legal risks within companies.

He has specialized training in compliance through the Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación (AENOR – Spain), as well as advanced training in economic criminal law at Universidad Externado de Colombia, where he also conducted research stays, as well as at the University of Leipzig (Germany).

In his professional practice, he combines legal work with teaching at the Academia de la Magistratura (AMAG), contributing to the training of judicial professionals in matters of corporate criminal law. He is the author of the book Criminal Compliance and numerous specialized publications on the prevention of corporate criminal risks.
