Sergio Verástegui is an attorney with more than twelve years of professional experience in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Employment Law, gained in both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has advised and represented clients in highly complex matters, with significant experience before specialized administrative bodies, including the Civil Service Tribunal (SERVIR) and the Superior Administrative Liability Tribunal of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic.

He has also contributed to the development of public policy proposals from a governmental and territorial development perspective, participating in initiatives aimed at strengthening public administration. He complements his professional practice with an active academic career as a lecturer and speaker in courses and specialization programs in Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, and Constitutional Procedural Law.
